1. Added app/settings.py with environment-backed typed configuration.
2. Added app/card.py with ingestion, publication, and validation skills.
3. Added app/agent.py and app/main.py application entry points.
4. Added app/routes.py and app/triggers.py for HTTP-style ingestion and event registration.
5. Added app/governance.py, app/publication.py, and app/validation.py and connected them in create_agent_app.
