1. Checked that test coverage targets GitHub fetch, request/document validation, governance rejection, routes, triggers, and card skills.
2. Checked that dependency files pin pytest, ruff, mypy, and the build backend.
3. Checked that Kubernetes Deployment, ConfigMap, Service, and example Secret manifests are present with matching application labels and health probe.
4. Checked that app imports resolve through the committed package structure.
