1. Added docs/agent-specification.md defining inputs, outputs, workflow, diagram requirements, validation, and error handling
2. Implemented validation.py for required fields, array types, and draw.io structural markers
3. Implemented generator.py with TSD sections, assumptions, acceptance criteria, manifest, and mxGraphModel XML
4. Implemented cli.py to emit tsd.md, architecture.drawio, and manifest.json
5. Added config/agent.json and examples/requirements.json
