# Step 0 — Implementation Detail

1. Added FastAPI application and lifespan initialization in app/main.py.

2. Added POST /tasks, GET /tasks, GET /tasks/{task_id}, PATCH /tasks/{task_id}, and DELETE /tasks/{task_id} routes.

3. Added structured RequestValidationError handling and task/database error responses.
