## Platform CI/CD
|
|
|
|
Workflows in `.gitea/workflows/` are **runtime-agnostic** — they read
|
|
`.platform/config.yaml` at run-time to determine build toolchain, container
|
|
port, and health endpoint. No workflow files need updating when this service
|
|
is migrated to a different runtime.
